 Η Λειτουργία του Μύρου, η άγνωστη ακολουθία των Πατριαρχείων Αλεξανδρείας και Ιεροσολύμων έρχεται στο φως μέσα από την έκδοση και τη μελέτη του Σιναϊτικού Ειληταρίου 55 του 12ου αιώνα. Μία ακολουθία που γεννιέται στην Αγία Γη και αποπνέει τη θεολογία του Αγίου Κυρίλλου επισκόπου Ιεροσολύμων. Το βιβλίο αυτό πραγματεύεται την εξέλιξη της λειτουργικής ζωής της Εκκλησίας, όπως αυτή αποκαλύπτεται μέσα από την ιστορική και τη συγκριτική λειτουργική έρευνα του Καθαγιασμού του Χρίσματος. Μεταξύ άλλων στην έρευνά μας αναπτύσσονται τα εξής θέματα: Ο Αγιασμός των ελαίων, Μύρου, Ευχελαίου, Καλλιελαίου στην πρώτη Εκκλησία. Η επιβίωση στοιχείων αρχαίων χριστιανικών αιγυπτιακών ακολουθιών στην υπό μελέτη Λειτουργία του Μύρου. To Αγιασματάριο του Πατριάρχη Αλεξανδρείας Σωφρονίου του Γ΄ και η εύρεσή του στην Ιερά Μονή της Αγίας Αικατερίνης του Όρους Σινά. Η ποικιλία των συστατικών της «θεαρχικῆς εὐωδίας» ως συμβόλου των χαρισμάτων του Αγίου Πνεύματος. Η ομοιότητα του Τυπικού της Υψώσεως του Αγίου Μύρου στον Άμβωνα του ναού με το Τυπικό της Υψώσεως του Τιμίου Σταυρού και τη Χρίση του Βυζαντινού Αυτοκράτορα.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Die Myron-Liturgie, der unbekannte Gottesdienst der Patriarchaten Alexandrien und Jerusalem kommt zur Licht durch die Edition und die Forschung des sinaitischen Manuskriptes Rolle 55 (NE E55) des 12. Jahrhunderts. Es geht um eine Feier, die im Heiligen Land geboren wurde und die Theologie Cyrils von Jerusalem ausströmt (Gebete der Myron-Liturgie). Es handelt sich um die Entwicklung des liturgischen Lebens der Kirche durch die historische und vergleichende liturgische Forschung der Konsekration des Myron (Vorchristliche Zeugnisse, AT und NT, Alte und Mittelalterliche Kirche – orthodoxe, koptische, syrisch-jakobitische Tradition, den Briefwechsel zwischen Theodoros Valsamon Patriarch von Antiochien und Markos III Patriarch von Alexandrien). Themen, die in diesem Band auch untersucht werden sind: a. die Weihe des Myron (Μύρον) sowohl als Myron-Liturgie als auch nach der byzantinischen Tradition, b. die Weihe der Krankensalbung (Ευχέλαιον) und des Katechumenen Öles (Καλλιέλαιον) in der Alten Kirche, c. Liturgische Elemente von christlichen ägyptischen, jerusalemer und antiochenischen Liturgien, Feiern und kirchliche Texte (E55), d. das Hagiasmatarion Buch des Patriarchen Sofronios des III (geschrieben 1156), das im Kloster der Heiligen Aikaterini von Sinai gefunden wurde, e. die Vielfalt der Zutaten des Gottes – Duftes, als Symbol der Geschenke des Heiligen Geistes, f. der Ritus der Elevation des Heiligen Myron auf das Ambo der Kirche im Vergleich zu der Elevation des Heiligen Kreuzes während der Kreuz-Feiern und der Myron-Salbung des Byzantinischen Kaisers.

SUMMARY The Myron-Liturgy, the rare church service of the Patriarchates of Alexandria and Jerusalem is being brought to light with the edition and the study of the sinaitic manuscript scroll 55 (NE E55) of the 12th century. This liturgical service, whose origins are traced in the Holy Land, exudes the theology of Saint Cyril bishop of Jerusalem (Prayers of the Myron-Liturgy). This book focuses on the evolution of the liturgical life of the church, as it is revealed by the historical and the contrastive liturgical research of the Chrism consecration (ancient witnesses before Christ, AT and NT, times of the Apostles and medieval times – according to the tradition of the Orthodox Christians, the Copts, the Syrian-Jacobites – the letters between Theodor Valsamon Patriarch von Antiochia and Mark the Third Patriarch of Alexandria). This study is concerned with a wide range of themes such as: a. the Consecration of the Myron (Μύρον) as Myron-Liturgy and according to the byzantine tradition, b. the Consecration of the Holy Unction (Ευχέλαιον) and the Oil of the Catechumens (Καλλιέλαιον) in the ancient church, c. the survival of Christian liturgical elements from the Divine Liturgies, other services and ecclesiastical Texts of Egypt, Jerusalem and Antioch in the Myron - Liturgy of the E55, d. the Hagiasmatarion of the Patriarch Sofronios the Third (written in 1156), which was found in Saint Katherine’s Closter of the Mount Sinai, e. the variety of the ingredients of the “smell of God” as the symbol of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, f. the similarity between the ritual of the Elevation of the Holy Myron on the Ambo and the Elevation of the Holy Cross and the Unction of the Byzantine Emperor.
